The Fitness Team


Two of our team members brought a Fitness program, and relay race for the students to learn and participate in.  This was modified depending on the age of the group. Kids and staff had a great time learning to do sit ups, push-ups, jumping jacks, mountain climbing, and others techniques using yoga balls and chairs.[br][br]

The group left behind a set of yoga balls, exercise instructions, mats so that the youth and children could continue to practice.
