Thank you to our amazing Okanagan Chapter and volunteers for another amazing year of mountain biking, racing, dust, fundraising and FUN!
For more amazing shots of the event in past years, check out the Test of Humanity gallery.
Of course, just flying into the Okanagan Valley in BC is amazing, not to mention the fun that is about to be had!
As soon as we arrived, we were put to work to prepare the trails, organize the race packages and help out in any way we could.
Setting up the kids track was hot, back-breaking work (for those of us without muscles!) but it was so fun to see the little racers start to test their skills on the mountain!
The track is ready, tents are in place, racers have arrived! Let the fun begin!
Lots of award categories meant lots of the racers from all ages and skills were able to get a token and reminder of the great day.
Deb Northcott, Co-Founder and Expedition Coordinator was kept busy at the ribbon booth.
Unfortunately there were a few bumps, cuts and bruises but except for one major wipeout, most left the medical tent with dry eyes and new Band-Aid’s!
A final thanks to all the sponsors, racers, volunteers and supporters from Dr. Richard Northcott, Chairman and Co-Founder of Canadian Humanitarian.
A little birthday party and celebration was held after and concluded a wonderful weekend of fun and giving to those in Gindo, Ethiopia who are truly in need. Thanks to everyone for your support and we’ll see you next year!!
